CYFER

CYFER sets up and customises business management software and builds websites for companies that want tighter control of sales, stock and accounts. Its approach starts with mapping a client's workflow before choosing and configuring a system, and it keeps supporting that system after launch. The firm earlier presented itself as a digital marketing agency, and its older case studies cover search and paid campaigns.

What CYFER offers

• ERP implementation — setting up and tailoring Odoo, ERPNext and Zoho for sales, inventory, invoicing and accounting.
• Web development — business websites and e-commerce platforms tied into day-to-day operations.
• Support and maintenance — ongoing updates and care for ERP systems, websites and infrastructure.
• AI automation — automation work listed alongside its ERP services.
• Digital marketing — SEO, pay-per-click, social media and email campaigns, as described in its earlier material.

Who it works with

Recent projects include online shops for a health brand in Kuwait and a jewellery retailer, plus websites for a medical group and an industrial group. Older case studies mention an Indian electronics retailer, a vehicle dealer and a management institute.
