Folding Space

Folding Space builds software for finding, managing and analysing the content inside documents. Its products handle both paper and digital records, and it pitches them at organisations with legal, security and privacy obligations.

What Folding Space offers

• Document redaction — automated finding, review and removal of sensitive content, with secure audit trails and storage of redacted and original versions.
• PRM for pathology — paper and digital document management with automated workflows, developed with NHS pathology laboratories.
• EDM — scanning and ingestion of paperwork and digital files, up to organisation-wide records management.
• Data extraction — identifying and pulling facts, dates, terms and values out of document text to drive workflows and reports.
• ROT clean-up — locating redundant, obsolete and trivial files across a network and monitoring them.
• Personal data discovery — finding and reporting on personal data wherever it is stored; plus ATS for tracking physical files, boxes and archives.

Who it works with

Its customers include NHS pathology laboratories and organisations handling large document volumes that must meet legal, security and privacy rules.
