Dorger Software Architects

Dorger Software Architects builds and sells Valence, a web-based, customisable off-the-shelf system for licensing, case management and CRM. Its main market is state and local government regulatory agencies, and it also builds custom software and workflow automation for businesses and law firms.

What Dorger Software Architects offers

• Valence Case Management — automates the regulatory lifecycle, quasi-judicial proceedings and online services for regulated parties and the public.
• Valence licensing — licence issuing and tracking for regulatory agencies.
• Valence CRM — a configurable CRM that covers needs that once required custom-built software.
• Built-in modules — revenue tracking and document management alongside the core case and licensing features.
• Custom software — design through to production for workflow-driven applications, tailored to each client rather than forced into a fixed template.

Who it works with

• State and local government agencies; testimonials come from the Mississippi Legislative Budget Office, the North Carolina Utilities Commission and the Mississippi Secretary of State's business services division.
• Law firms, for mass tort claim processing and new client intake.
• Businesses ranging from large corporations to small local shops and non-profits.
