Diadraw

Diadraw is a software development team based in Bulgaria that has been building since 2011. It works with mid-sized companies on legacy systems, AI integrations and workflow automation, connecting tools such as CRM and ERP platforms so data moves between them without manual copying.

What Diadraw offers

• AI agents and automation: software assistants that research, route and respond to tasks and update business systems using a client's own rules.
• Integrations and legacy modernisation: linking CRM and ERP platforms, internal tools and databases, and updating older systems without breaking what works.
• Custom software and apps: web and mobile applications built from specification through to release.
• Document intelligence: extracting data from contracts, invoices, reports and PDFs so it can be searched and used.
• Dashboards and analytics: bringing scattered data together into forecasting views.
• Build support for founders: technical help for people taking an AI product beyond the prototype stage.

Clients

Its main clients are mid-sized companies, alongside founders building AI products. Earlier work included native mobile development for iOS and Android, Adobe AIR native extensions and books for developers moving from ActionScript to Swift.
