Devappment

Devappment designs and builds mobile and web applications for businesses. Its older website also describes a pool of engineers that clients can take on by the hour instead of adding full-time staff. Projects begin with a viability review, move through agile design, build and testing, and finish with a minimum viable product tried out on a sample of users.

What Devappment offers

• Mobile app development — apps for phones and tablets, with React Native named as its usual first choice.
• Web development — front-end, back-end and architecture work for custom web projects that behave consistently across platforms.
• Dedicated engineers — developers engaged hourly to add capacity to a client's own team.
• ICO and cryptocurrency development — projects for token launches and crypto products.

Who it works with

The firm lists app types such as chatbots, personal assistants, e-commerce, fitness, tracking and navigation, and sectors including retail, home automation and healthcare. It says its clients range from funded start-ups to brands and large companies.
