Covent IT

Covent IT supplies developers who join a client's in-house team, and it also builds software and apps itself. Alongside recruitment, it handles payroll, HR and operational support for the staff it places.

What Covent IT offers

• Outstaffing and recruitment — headhunters send a first set of CVs in 5–10 days and usually close hires within 4–8 weeks, with relocation help.
• Payroll and HR operations — onboarding, performance reviews, benefits, payroll, IT infrastructure and legal support.
• Software and MVP development — custom web applications for sectors from e-commerce to GreenTech.
• E-commerce — online stores covering platform choice, design, build and optimisation.
• Mobile apps — iOS and Android apps built natively or with Flutter, including IoT integration.
• Testing and consulting — manual and automated QA run by its Quality Management Office, plus technology modernisation advice.
