L'Atelier Animation

L'Atelier Animation is an animation studio in Montreal, Canada. It grew out of a 2012 challenge faced by the producers of the film Ballerina, known as Leap! in some markets, who wanted a feature with international reach made to the standard of a major studio. They chose Montreal for its skilled artists, exchange rate and tax credits.

What L'Atelier Animation offers

• Feature animation production — full-length animated films made at the Montreal studio.
• Visual imagery for partners — the studio says its work is shaped by the vision of the producers it works with.
• International artist pool — access to talent across its parent group's offices.

Who it works with

The studio works with film producers and partners on animated projects. The site includes a partnership page for companies wishing to collaborate.
