Laika

Laika is a feature film animation studio located just outside Portland, Oregon. The studio works in stop-motion animation and has produced films including Coraline, Kubo and the Two Strings, Missing Link, The Boxtrolls and ParaNorman. It is currently in production on a new animated feature called Wildwood, described on its site as a tribute to the studio's home region in Oregon. Its earlier films cover varied stories, from a boy protecting an adopted family of trolls to an adventurer travelling the world in search of long-lost relatives. The studio's site also includes a retail shop and lists career opportunities.
