But we’re also a social media agency, digital marketing company, video production company and freelance hub. We have flexible staffing and very little overhead. So our clients only pay for the stuff they need. Division of Labor is a collection of writers, designers, art directors, developers, producers, strategy wonks and media dorks from all over the country. And we were working remotely long before a bunch of bats forced us to.

Our philosophy is, get attention first (drop a bomb), explain second (throw in leaflets.) Because no one buys anything for rational reasons. We all buy stuff for emotional reasons and justify it with rational support points.
