Data enrichment, validation and annotation for AI

The firm's data services include B2B data enrichment, appending, validation, standardisation and acquisition. For artificial intelligence projects, it provides data annotation for images, video and text, along with synthetic data generation and 3D point cloud annotation. Its material includes examples of live video annotation for traffic management and text annotation used to improve an AI model.

Processing invoices, orders and documents

Data processing covers invoices, orders, resumes, word processing, image processing, catalogue management and the cleansing of data sets. Data entry services cover product data, appraisal data, mortgage data, property listings, typing and data input, along with bib number entry. The company also converts documents to PDF and digitises records such as well logs and land records.

Web research and data collection

Web research services collect data from the internet, mine it and scrape it for clients. Real estate property data collection is a specialist strand, as is e-commerce data migration and product data management for online catalogues.

Photo editing and design support

Image work includes real estate photo editing, including high dynamic range editing of property photographs for online listing services, and product photo editing. Design services cover graphic design, magazine design and typesetting.

How an engagement starts

The company describes a five-step process. A client first gets in touch to start a conversation. The firm then drafts proposals on the data requirement and its pricing, and signs a non-disclosure agreement. Next, the client's existing workflow is handed over, process gaps are identified and fixed, and the client is introduced to the team that will do the work. Partnerships then continue with regular performance measurement and process improvement. It also offers to hire data entry specialists.
