Michael Compton graduated from Neosho High School in 1995 and from Baker University in 1999 with a degree in Accounting He joined the firm in 2002, became a CPA in 2005, and was promoted to partner in 2006 Michael has been the owner of the firm since 2017 He is married to his wife, Amy, and they have three kids, Max, Addy, and Lily
