I spent the first 5 years of my professional career at Arthur Andersen in both Montreal and Toronto This was followed by 9 years in the public real estate environment at Dundee Real Estate and Asset Management (DREAM) and Oxford Properties In 2010, I founded Ilavsky Professional Corporation, which joined Grant Thornton in January, 2021

I am a mother of 4 and a long-time resident in Toronto’s beach district When not in the office, you can find me cheering my kids on the ice, at the diamond, at the track or in the gym!
