E Phoeson International Company was founded and is led by a tax accountant who has been operating in the financial services arena for over 25 years Starting her career in corporate accounting she quickly realized that in order to build professional yet personal relationships that allowed her to inspire, she needed to start her own company

Now, E Phoeson International Company is a team of like minded professionals striving to lift the burdens of taxes and accounting from our clients at a personal level Leaving clients to focus on what they do best

Marie, founder of EPIC (E Phoeson International Company) and a natural born educator is pursuing her life's purpose of teaching and empowering others Her passion and experience rests in best practices and practical application of tax law and accounting principles A native of Cleveland, Ohio she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the first private HBCU, Wilberforce University After graduation she moved to Atlanta, Georgia where she held various accounting, tax, and leadership roles which included starting the early version of EPIC and working for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)

Determined to add value to the lives of others and not attenuate them, she returned home to pursue her Master’s in Accountancy degree from Cleveland State University Since graduation, Marie has been teaching part-time at the collegiate level and working in corporate tax for a multi-national corporation In early 2017, Marie shifted her focus to begin building her business and pursue academia full-time

Marie is married and the regal mother of three young men In her leisure, she enjoys traveling, swimming, reading, networking, and time alone with the Most High
