Tom began his career at a big four public accounting firm focusing on financial statement audits of public companies in the banking and manufacturing industries Prior to founding Braun & Associates, Tom worked at a consulting firm specializing in forensic accounting, business valuations, and turnaround consulting for middle market companies Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and a Master of Science in Accountancy from Walsh College He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Michigan, Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) through the AICPA, and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) through the NACVA
