Office Policies During Pandemic The health and safety of our clients, employees, and their families are of the utmost importance to us during this pandemic As a precautionary measure, our lobbies are closed to outside visitors and we will not be setting up in-person tax return preparation appointments However, we remain committed to continuing to provide our clients with the highest level of service Towards this end, virtual appointments are available upon request Our virtual meetings have proven to be very successful In addition, our staff is available by phone and email during normal working hours

Our St Charles and Wentzvile offices have locked drop boxes available for you to deliver documents to us The St Charles box is located to the left of the front door The Wentzville drop slot is located in the back door on the south side of the building Please call our St Peters office to coordinate a drop-off These boxes are checked and emptied frequently during weekday hours If you prefer, we can send you a secure link via email, which will allow you to securely send us your documents electronically

When your return is complete, you will be contacted by one of our support staff At that time, you can make an appointment to pick up your return If you prefer, we can send the return to you electonically or via mail
