WaiverForm

WaiverForm is a digital platform that replaces paper waivers and sign-in sheets. Customers sign on a tablet or their own device, and the business keeps the records securely. The suite can also capture other customer data, and it is backed by C3 Software.

What WaiverForm offers

• Digital waivers — ready-made templates, or the business's own wording, with branding applied to the portal and tablets.
• Management portal — where staff view and organise signed forms.
• Kiosk — a welcome and sign-in screen for a reception area.
• Data export — customers' data can be taken with them if they leave.
• Surveys and social links — questionnaires, mailing lists and social media connections.
• Other forms — trade show lead capture and photo or film release forms.
