Verdane Capital

Verdane Capital is a European specialist growth equity investor. It takes stakes in companies it wants to help scale and often stays involved through several funding rounds, sometimes as majority shareholder.

The material held on the listing centres on one holding, Polytech, a maker of protection and sensor systems for wind turbines. Verdane invested in it in 2016. A later transaction brought in a second investor, FSN Capital VI, as a significant minority shareholder, while Verdane stayed the majority owner.
