About Pentech Ventures

Pentech Ventures is a UK-based early-stage software investor founded in 2001. Across three funds it backed founders building software companies, and the firm states it is no longer making new investments, instead continuing to manage its existing funds and work with the companies already in its portfolio. It is not currently accepting pitches, business plans or investment enquiries from new founders. Its past investments include Acunu, later acquired by Apple; Maxymiser, acquired by Oracle; Semetric, also acquired by Apple; Nutmeg, acquired by JPMorgan; Monolith, acquired by CoreWeave; and FanDuel, acquired by Flutter. The firm continues working with its existing portfolio companies as they pursue further growth or a future exit.
