Millworks Fund

Millworks Fund Series II is an investment fund set up to strengthen the startup community in New Hampshire and draw more outside investment into the state. Millworks II is made up of 40 individual investors from across the state. They come from development, banking, investment, accounting, legal, healthcare and high-tech backgrounds, and the New Hampshire Business Finance Authority is also involved.

What Millworks Fund does

• Startup funding: annual commitments to New Hampshire startups over a three-year period.
• TechOut competition: funding channelled through the New Hampshire High Technology Council's yearly contest.
• Accelerate NH: funding delivered through the Alpha Loft accelerator programme.

Clients

The fund is for startup companies in New Hampshire. It is managed by Liz Hitchcock and Gray Chynoweth, who also co-manage the angel group 10x Venture Partners and both worked at the internet company Dyn.
