A pre-seed and seed venture network affiliated with Notre Dame, backing founders in the United States

IrishAngels, also written Irish Angels, is a venture investment network founded in 2012 as an angel network affiliated with Notre Dame, though the firm states a Notre Dame connection is not required for companies it funds. It invests at the pre-seed and seed stages, combining capital with access to a network of more than 200 investors, described as operators, executives and entrepreneurs who have built and scaled companies. The firm says it looks for founders with early commercial signal, such as growing monthly recurring revenue, strong month-on-month growth, solid retention and usage metrics, and a lead investor already committed to the round. It typically considers a range of round sizes with variable individual investment amounts, and invests only in companies based in the United States.
