Raphael Amram is a partner at Fit Ventures He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing on investment opportunities as well as monitoring the fund’s investments Raphael is also responsible for the legal affairs of the fund and its portfolio companies, including day to day general corporate matters, governance, compliance, acquisitions & divestitures, debt and equity financings as well as liaising with external counsel

Prior to joining Fit Ventures, Raphael practiced corporate law at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP specializing in mergers and acquisitions, securities laws and corporate finance Raphael holds a Bachelors of Commerce degree (BCom) with a specialization in Finance from HEC Montréal, a Bachelors of Laws degree (LLB) from the Université de Montréal as well as a Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School Raphael is licensed to practice law in the Provinces of Ontario and Quebec

Alexandre Leclerc is a partner at Fit Ventures He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing on investment opportunities as well as monitoring the fund’s investments Alexandre is also responsible for the finance and accounting of the fund as well as assisting portfolio companies with their strategy, accounting and acquisitions

Prior to Fit Ventures, Alexandre acted as Director of Finance and Accounting at The Stars Group, where he was mainly responsible for the public accounting reporting of the entity Before his role at The Stars Group, Alexandre was Director of Finance at Devimco Inc , where he was responsible of the budgeting, investor relations and financing for real estate projects in the Montreal region and prior to that was a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young

Alexandre is a member of the Ordre des Comptables Professionnels Agréés du Québec and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University with a major in Accounting

Shawn Nikolaev is a partner at Fit Ventures He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing on investment opportunities as well as monitoring the fund’s investments Shawn focuses on the consumer technology segment and assisting portfolio companies with their vision, strategy, monetization, and operations

Prior to Fit Ventures, Shawn acted as Vice President of Corporate Development and Operations at The Stars Group, a company with an enterprise value of approximately $16 billion USD at the time of his departure, where he worked on multiple acquisitions, including that of Rational Group for USD $4 9B and Sky Betting and Gaming for USD $4 7B Before his role at The Stars Group, Shawn was Director of Business Operations at Zynga and prior to that was founder of a consulting firm specializing in providing Business Intelligence services to companies in the gaming sector

Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Software Engineering from the University of Toronto

Sam Pai is a partner at Fit Ventures He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing on investment opportunities as well as monitoring the fund’s investments Sam is also responsible for the finances of the fund and its portfolio companies, including financial structuring, financial reporting, tax planning, acquisitions & divestitures, and debt and equity financings Sam works closely with passionate management of portfolio companies to accelerate growth and maximize value

Prior to Fit Ventures, Sam acted as Vice President of Finance and Group Corporate Controller at The Stars Group where he worked on multiple acquisitions (including that of Rational Group for $4 9B USD) and divestitures, equity and debt financings

Sam is a member of the Ordre des Comptables Professionnels Agréés du Québec He also holds a Bachelors in Biochemistry and a Masters in Biochemistry, both from McGill University
