Electronic Technical Reference Manual (eTRM) is a flexible and highly scalable platform designed to easily and effectively capture, manage, and track the complete set of demand-side management / energy efficiency measure prescribed in the state's or region's TRM. eTRM is a centralized repository of measures and a platform that allows ease of measure configurations for users. eTRM has a library of API services through which energy efficiency systems can perform measure savings analysis.
