• Sworn Translation - This involves taking the translation to a solicitor to swear it’s true and accurate
• The translation and the original document(s) come with an affidavit and exhibit sheets
• Notarised Translation - This involves taking the translation to a notary public to swear it’s true and accurate
• The translation and the original document(s) are bound to the affidavit and exhibit sheets
• The translation is then forwarded to the Foreign Office for the apostille
