TimeSaved

TimeSaved provides staffing companies with mobile apps carrying the agency's own branding, so temporary and contract workers can be reached directly. Its website presents the same offer under the name ActivateStaff. The idea is that recruiters spend less time on paperwork and more on relationships.

What TimeSaved offers

• Candidate app — a self-service mobile app where workers see relevant jobs and manage their availability.
• Recruiter tools — an applicant tracking system with a single dashboard and a full view of each candidate.
• Client portal — lets client companies post jobs and follow placements as they happen.
• Worker messaging — direct communication with workers on their phones.
• Cloud workflows — lets recruiters work from anywhere and speeds up deployment and redeployment.
