SportMember

SportMember is club management software that puts registrations, membership payments, calendars and messaging on one platform. It runs on desktop and as a mobile app. Clubs of many kinds use it, including rugby, cricket, football, fitness and dance.

What SportMember offers

• Membership records — keeps detailed member lists in a database instead of spreadsheets.
• Subscription collection — charges membership fees automatically and shows who has paid.
• Calendar and scheduling — tracks activities for every team in the club.
• Communication — sends chat messages and news to chosen teams and roles, with push, text and email alerts.
• Club website and extras — builds a club site with team pages, plus match reports, line-ups and resource booking for pitches and locker rooms.

Who it works with

The system is meant for everyone in a club, from coaches and treasurers to ordinary members and parents, who each use the same app. It also offers a federation platform that gives governing bodies an overview of their clubs.
