99tests runs test cases on real phones, laptops and browsers rather than emulators, aiming to check whether an app or website behaves correctly on the devices its users actually own. Clients upload a build and their test cases online and receive a verified pass or fail report within three business days, at a stated starting price of ₹9,999, without needing an account or a sales call. The company says every finding is verified, with incomplete reports rejected and duplicates merged against a published severity rubric, and that any session it cannot staff within the agreed turnaround is credited back to the client's next job. It argues that automated or AI-generated test cases only describe intended behaviour, and that only a person operating a real device, on a real network and a real handset such as a mid-range Android phone, can confirm whether an app actually works as intended for a customer.
