Liquid Technology

Liquid Technology helps companies find, hire and pay remote software engineers based in European locations, aiming to give clients access to English-speaking, technically vetted talent. It says clients typically receive a shortlist of matched developers within a week, with most making a hire within three weeks. The company manages back-office elements of the arrangement, including contracts, benefits, payroll, tax and compliance, along with ongoing HR and IT support for the engineer once placed. It also provides its placed engineers with benefits such as subsidised medical and dental insurance and access to co-working spaces. Liquid Technology describes its role as sitting behind the client's team, handling administrative and employment matters so the client can focus on building their product.
