We just want to thank Kishmish for their technical support provided for the Arrow Electronics Connect Conference we held in July Kishmish evaluated our client’s highly specific requirements and recommended solutions that worked seamlessly with our existing architecture without significant capital investment They were even able to identify and solve a streaming problem that our audio-visual consultant struggled with Kishmish has both the desire and the technical expertise to create a seamless experience for our clients They make our team look like rock stars

Since Kishmish became our IT Provider in 2010 we have come to rely on them for all our computer issues, big and small As a local government, we have a lot of users with varying levels of technical requirements Many departments have specialized programs that interact not just with our network but with County and State systems Additionally, many of our users have different levels of comfort with technology, too Kishmish has been able to keep everyone happy, and that’s not easy! We wanted to take a moment to personally thank Kishmish for the support provided for our first JMA Sales Meeting this week One of the many goals this week was to demonstrate to the remote users, many of which had never seen this building or any of us, that JMA is a world class business The presence Kishmish provided clearly helped in that goal along with users getting the service needed to be productive The wireless effort/solution was over the top – simply THANK YOU! On the Friday before our grand opening at Destiny USA, we ran into an issue that stopped us in our tracks We lost internet access, our Point-Of-Sale machines couldn’t connect, and we couldn’t access our rewards program The timing couldn’t have been worse – this meant the staff training program we planned to hold over the weekend in preparation for the grand opening was a no – go We ended up being very thankful for the Kishmish service team, who had a tech come out and quickly fix what turned out to be a firewall issue in a mere thirty minutes Waiting until Monday to access that system would have been a serious setback; so thank you, Kishmish, for expertly remedying the problem so late on a Friday afternoon
