IBIS Software

IBIS Software is a family of Dutch programs used to calculate, specify and administer building projects. It is now part of Aceve Nederland, which brought Brink Software together with two other software firms.

What IBIS Software offers

• Estimating for construction and installation — cost calculation tools, including a 2D measuring function.
• Estimating for infrastructure — calculation aimed at groundwork and civil contractors.
• Specification administration — managing contract specifications and reporting for infrastructure work, including standard tender documents.
• Budgets and risk monitoring — keeping costs and risks visible during a project.
• Information and BIM management — connecting building information models with project data.
• Article service — lets manufacturers and suppliers publish product and price data for estimators to use.

Who it works with

The programs serve contractors, architects, estimating bureaus and property firms in construction, infrastructure, installation technology and real estate. The company says roughly three quarters of Dutch building volume runs through its software.
