IBIS Group Ltd

IBIS Group Ltd designs and installs IT systems for businesses, then supports them afterwards. Its work runs from basic desktop computers to server equipment and company networks.

Products and services

• IT system design and installation: each customer request is reviewed on its own, and a system is built around the way that business operates.
• Networking: networks planned to be secure and easy to run, with performance treated as the priority.
• IP telephony: a move from traditional PBX phone systems to IP-based devices, including VOIP and fax-to-email.
• Ongoing support: troubleshooting, help with new software, repairs after breakdowns and upgrades as a company grows.

Who it serves

The company works with businesses that rely on IT to operate. Its telephony work links offices in different locations onto a single system, and its network designs are built so they can be expanded rather than replaced.
