FutureSens

FutureSens makes self-service check-in systems for hotels. Its Xenia software, used alone or with its own terminals, lets guests register before they arrive, check in on arrival and collect a room key with little or no help from reception staff.

What FutureSens offers

• Xenia software — pre-registration and self-service check-in and check-out, with options to offer room upgrades and restaurant bookings along the way.
• Free-standing terminals — contactless kiosks that dispense RFID key cards and can hold up to 300 cards.
• Desk terminals — smaller units for reception desks that automate check-in and check-out.
• Mobile keys — Bluetooth (BLE) keys sent straight to a guest's own phone, which can remove the need for hardware.

Who it works with

FutureSens sells to hotels that want to cut queues at reception and free desk staff to spend more time on guest services.
