Figurus

Figurus works with clients to identify project goals and translate them into technical components used to build a budget and scope for software projects. Its services include software project management, budget planning, scope development, and creating presentations and pitch decks to explain projects to teams and customers. The firm also works on database and data modelling, describing this as a critical phase in managing how project data is structured, and on visualising data to support decision-making. For business operations, it designs and develops back-office solutions, integrating with databases and accounting programs and building connections using APIs and JSON or XML data formats, including work built on the Claris FileMaker platform. It also offers web application development and progress tracking for ongoing projects.
