EDGE Software Solutions

EDGE Software Solutions is a Cluj-based company that designs and builds web software, bespoke applications and electronic products. It has operated since 2010 and describes each project as one-off work rather than something assembled from ready-made platforms. Many jobs combine software with hardware.

What EDGE Software Solutions does

• Web design and development: visual identity, fully custom websites, online shops, internal systems and portals, and links to other platforms.
• Custom software: java desktop applications, console-run server programs, data-capture tools, calculation and statistics software, and programs that talk to hardware.
• Electronics development: product concept through to series production, including housing design, hardware design and embedded Linux software.
• Integration work: connecting new systems with other software platforms the client already uses.

The company says it has worked with firms in Romania and abroad, and that many clients return for new features or entirely new projects.
