E-Squared Systems

E-Squared helps growing and regulated businesses gain better control of their operations. It assesses whether an organisation is set up to scale, and it supplies Isoma, a software system for managing change and process.

What E-Squared offers

• Operational scalability assessment — a review of the structure, process and management constraints that hold back growth.
• Knowledge dependency checks — measuring how far operations rely on a few key people.
• Isoma software — a change management system covering process control, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Consulting themes — culture change, growth, profit improvement and risk reduction.

The firm argues that process weaknesses should be fixed before automation is added.

Who it works with

Businesses whose operations are harder to control as they expand or work across several sites, and regulated firms that need visible processes to win or keep accreditation. Isoma testimonials on its older site refer to aerospace and manufacturing users.
