DutySheet Ltd

DutySheet Ltd makes cloud software for managing volunteers. It began in 2006 and is now used mainly by police forces in England and Wales to plan and oversee volunteer duties. Since 2022 it has belonged to The Access Group.

What DutySheet Ltd offers

• Recruitment and onboarding — a consistent process that records volunteer details and sets out role expectations.
• Duty management — shift planning, visibility of availability and assignments, and structured communication.
• Retention support — feedback capture and participation monitoring to understand motivation and reduce drop-off.
• Reporting — regular performance reports for supervisors.
• Separate logins — for groups such as Specials, Cadets, Fire and Rescue and Police Support Volunteers.

Who it works with

Police constabularies in England and Wales are the main users, covering volunteer community support officers and similar roles. The older description also mentions voluntary organisations generally.
