Assettrac Ltd

Assettrac Ltd supplies cloud-based software for tracking and managing physical assets, together with the hardware and services needed to run it. It works with public and private sector organisations and describes itself as an end-to-end service rather than software alone.

What Assettrac offers

• Asset management software — configurable cloud software giving round-the-clock access to asset records held in any location.
• Tracking technologies — QR codes, barcodes, RFID, Bluetooth low energy, GPS and real-time location systems.
• Handheld units and tags — devices for inspecting, auditing and logging items, plus tags for identification.
• On-site audits and tagging — staff collect data on site to build an inventory for ongoing management.
• Specialist modules — facilities and maintenance management, survey and safety inspections, and fire safety asset management.
• Consultancy, training and support — project management, implementation and continuing help after launch.

Who it works with

Organisations of any size and sector, from simple asset registers through to more complex real-time location systems.
