Digital Dom

Digital Dom helps organisations move to agile ways of working while building complex custom software for them. The consultancy treats transformation as a whole-business change, looking at technology, structure, people and processes together, and pairs this with hands-on development and help with hiring technical staff.

What Digital Dom offers

• Digital transformation practice — designing a software delivery framework and operating model that suits each client.
• Agile coaching and scaling — tools, processes and training to scale agile teams and speed up project delivery.
• Custom software development — bespoke builds, automation and experimentation with team-level agile practices.
• Infrastructure — setting up modern infrastructure to support engineering work.
• IT talent sourcing — independent advice on hiring contractors, permanent staff or global recruits for a project.
• Change management — support for teams adjusting to new ways of working.
