Dentsys

Dentsys makes and supports Edge, software for running a dental practice from appointments through to reporting. The company has supplied practice management systems to dental surgeries for more than 25 years. It has worked with the NHS throughout, and was among the first suppliers to build for the NHS Prototype programme.

What Dentsys offers

• Edge practice management software: patient records, appointment booking, clinical notes, referral tracking, patient letters and reports.
• Software-only licences: cover support and regular updates for practices using their own equipment.
• Software and hardware packages: add repair or replacement of faulty equipment to the licence.
• Frequent updates: changes are released regularly rather than held back for long periods.
• Direct support: practices speak to a member of the support team for help.
• No lock-in contracts: practices can use the software for as long as they choose.
