Cuvitek

Cuvitek is a software company that has worked with grocery retailers since 2005. It builds store and distribution systems for supermarkets, self-service stores and wholesalers, and pairs its software with business consulting and hardware sales. Its work is centred on Mexico and reaches into other parts of North America.

What Cuvitek offers

• Cuvitek Omni — a single suite joining point of sale, wholesale, route sales, online shop, warehouse and inventory modules so sales can run across several channels.
• Point-of-sale software — the in-store module that handles checkout and store operations.
• Warehouse management — tools for organising stock in a distribution centre and controlling storage.
• Route sales — a module for selling products from delivery vehicles, with prices kept in step between head office, branches and mobile devices.
• On-site consulting — implementation comes with guidance on business processes, training and store expansion.
• Specialised hardware — its own point-of-sale and self-checkout devices, such as the Anypos and Selfpos ranges.

Who it works with

The company serves grocery businesses of different formats, from single stores to chains with many branches and their own distribution centres. It reports more than 100 clients and around 500 branches using its systems.
