CONTACT Software

CONTACT Software develops standard software that manufacturers and engineering firms use to manage products from design through production to service. Its platform, CONTACT Elements, gathers product data, processes and resources in one place, and is built to be modular, configurable rather than programmed, and open to other systems through its interfaces.

What CONTACT Software offers

• CIM Database PLM — product lifecycle management for change control, engineering collaboration and meeting regulatory requirements.
• CONTACT Elements for IoT — digital twins of connected machines and plants, supporting more reliable operation and service work.
• Project Office — hybrid project management that mixes agile and classic planning for engineering projects.
• Collaboration tools — shared working with suppliers, partners and joint-venture companies.
• Fourier AI — an AI layer built into the platform, covering each stage of the product lifecycle.

Who it works with

Clients include industrial manufacturers such as thyssenkrupp Dynamic Components, which runs a shop-floor management system on the platform, and the wind energy firm WestfalenWIND. An OEM partnership with Cadmatic targets shipbuilding.
