Consultoría Global S.A.

Consultoría Global S.A. is a systems and technology consultancy that helps organisations improve processes and move work onto digital platforms. Its services are organised around three ways of engaging, from fully scoped projects to teams that write code to a client's own design.

What Consultoría Global S.A. offers

• Fixed-scope projects — delivery of a complete objective whose scope and deadlines the client sets in advance.
• On-site staffing — professionals placed at the client's premises to carry out project tasks as required.
• Software development teams — developers who code applications from the client's functional and architecture specifications, using agile methods.
• Systems consulting — advice on technology tools and process efficiency as part of digital change.

Who it works with

The firm describes its clients as businesses looking for technology help to solve operational problems; it does not name sectors. It also recruits consultants and developers through its own careers page, which suggests a staffing-based model alongside project work.
