BXGI

BXGI supplies technology companies with extra technical staff through several hiring models. Headquartered in Silicon Valley, it supports distributed teams across the Americas and Europe and has done so since 2010.

What BXGI offers

• Staff augmentation — individual professionals who join an existing team and work within its tools, process and reporting.
• Dedicated teams — a coordinated group of engineers, testers and designers for one product line or workstream.
• Direct hire recruiting — searching for and shortlisting candidates for permanent roles.
• Nearshore and offshore delivery — access to talent markets with overlapping working hours when local supply is short.
• Contract-to-hire — people start on contract and convert to permanent staff once both sides agree.
• Backfill and surge cover — cover for parental leave, staff turnover or release deadlines.

Who it works with

Technology companies needing software engineers (frontend, backend, mobile, full stack), AI and data specialists, test automation engineers, cloud, DevOps and security staff, product managers and UX or UI designers. Clients keep the final decision on every hire.
