BroutonLab

BroutonLab provides dedicated engineering teams to founders building AI products for their own industry. Rather than prototypes, it focuses on AI systems that run in production with real users, and it can also fill AI, machine learning and software staffing gaps.

Services

• AI agents: multi-step agents with tools, memory and evaluation, such as a LinkedIn sourcing agent for an HR-tech platform.
• Voice agents: real-time phone bots on Twilio that handle actual workflows, including outbound recruiter calls.
• Ranking, matching and retrieval: hybrid search, fine-tuned embeddings and re-ranking, for example matching resumes to vacancies.
• Custom machine learning: fine-tuning, classifiers, computer vision and predictive models such as crop yield forecasts.
• Research engineering: work like porting statistical code to CUDA and building a PyTorch backend for unusual number formats.
