Bit Lagoon

Bit Lagoon looks after small and mid-sized businesses on three fronts: running their IT, writing software for them and selling two products of its own. Clients can start with a free IT health assessment before deciding what they need.

What Bit Lagoon offers

• Managed IT and security — health checks, infrastructure monitoring, network and desktop support, cloud services and technology planning.
• Custom software — web applications, database design and links between existing systems, built around each client's processes.
• Automation — replacing manual data entry, report generation and file handling, and setting up approval chains.
• Bespoke CRM and tracking — tailored customer management systems and real-time tracking of fleets, stock or field staff.
• BL Backup Pro — an automated, encrypted backup tool for Windows, sold by subscription.
• Data Vault Explorer — a subscription tool for reaching long-term archival storage in the cloud.
