Adaxes

Adaxes is administration software for Microsoft directory environments. It brings Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange and Microsoft 365 under one web interface and adds rule-based automation as an extra layer.

What Adaxes offers

• Automated provisioning — onboarding, ongoing changes and offboarding of user accounts.
• Workflow automation — turns manual tasks into logic-based workflows triggered by events, schedules or one click.
• Role-based delegation — hands out permissions to managers or help desk staff without full admin rights.
• Password self-service — lets users reset forgotten passwords and unlock accounts, including when offline.
• Approval steps — adds sign-off to chosen tasks.
• Reports — a large set of built-in reports on the environment.

Who it works with

IT administrators and help desk teams in organisations that run Microsoft directory services, plus the managers and staff who use its self-service portals.
