Rehearsal

Rehearsal is a training platform in which learners record video responses to workplace scenarios and receive feedback. It is now part of ELB Learning, formerly eLearning Brothers. Organisations use it for sales enablement, communication and other soft skills.

What Rehearsal offers

• Video practice — learners repeatedly answer scenarios such as sales demos and product messaging.
• Feedback — comments come from peers, mentors or artificial intelligence, and learners can be asked to try again.
• Adaptive journeys — programmes branch according to how each learner performs.
• Channels — a shared space to post and comment on videos, usable as a library of good examples.
• Reports and API — custom reports show who is strong and who needs help, and an API exposes the data.

Training and sales teams. The vendor names Paychex, 3M and Honeywell among its users, and also pitches onboarding and leadership practice.
