• How is Goalplan collecting data? We collect data via API or file import/export The file import/export can be in excel, CSV, JSon or any machine-readable data The exports can be scheduled several times per day and after importing, the updated data will show in Goalplan after 2-4 minutes

• What type of data needs to be included in the exports? We need to receive the date/time, identificators (region ID, Store/team ID, Sales ID etc), raw sales data Goalplan will based on this aggregate the data to KPIs and updated accordingly to the org-chart via the identificators

• Can we add the add-ons at a later stage? Yes At any time you can request to try one of the add-ons for free and decide to upgrade your subscription after if you find them valuable
