Retail Execution Platform

Retail Execution Platform is a cloud-based suite for running store operations. It comes from the Reflexis product family, which now sits within Zebra's workcloud range, and it is aimed at retailers and also at bank branch networks.

What Retail Execution Platform offers

• Real-Time Task Manager — sends tasks to store staff and tracks their completion.
• Q-Suite — a set of tools for checks, communication, visual merchandising, store walks, documents and forms.
• Workforce Scheduler — builds staff rotas, backed by time and attendance and an employee self-service portal.
• AI planning tools — help with staffing decisions, budgets and performance management.
• Mobility and analytics — mobile access for associates, cloud hosting, and reporting dashboards.

Who it works with

The platform targets retailers that want clearer visibility for field managers and a more consistent experience for shoppers. A separate banking offer covers branch operations and workforce management.
