JobFLEX

JobFLEX is an app for contractors and small firms that need to write estimates and invoices without sitting down to paperwork at night. It works on Android devices and in the field without a wifi connection. Documents can be created in minutes and sent straight away.

• Invoices — professional invoices produced quickly and followed up while in the office or on site.
• Customisable proposals — cover pages, choice of what each quote shows such as quantities or financing, and multiple package options.
• Photos and contracts — job site or product pictures and a contract page can be added.
