DASH

DASH is a meeting room display and booking system. It turns a tablet, phone or smart TV outside a room into a screen showing whether the room is free. Staff can book the room with one touch. The app reads from the calendars users already have, so meeting details are not passed to the vendor.

Features

• Room status: shows from a distance whether a room is free, with a detailed day schedule close up.
• One-touch booking: books a room from the screen, and finds a free room nearby if someone else got there first.
• Check-in and release: participants can be required to check in, and the room is released if nobody arrives within ten minutes.
• Privacy controls: sensitive meeting names can be hidden on screen.
• Branding: colour schemes and imagery can match the customer's brand.
